FAQ'S
Q: Is this a job or an independent contractor role?
A: This is an independent contractor opportunity (1099). You are not an employee of RDY2G Solutions or the platform. You are responsible for your own taxes and business expenses. We simply provide support, systems, and access to opportunities via the Platform.
Q: Do I need prior call center experience?
A: Experience helps, but it’s not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your phone/people skills, and your ability to follow procedures and handle customers professionally.
Q: How flexible is the schedule?
A: Schedules vary by client. Most programs allow you to schedule your work in blocks, giving you the ability to work around family, school, or another job—provided you meet the minimum hours and commitments listed in your SOW and the client’s requirements.
Q: Do I have to buy equipment from RDY2G?
A: No. You’re free to purchase approved equipment anywhere you like. We do offer recommended gear and tools at 10% DISCOUNT through our store to make it easier for our partners, but it’s optional.
Q: Can I say RDY2G or the platform is my employer?
A: No. You are a self-employed independent contractor. You should not list RDY2G Solutions or Arise® as your employer when applying for apartments, loans, or government assistance. You can say that you contract through RDY2G Solutions LLC on the Platform.
Q: What if I have questions during training or after I go live?
A: That’s exactly why RDY2G exists. We’re available via email and scheduled calls to help you with onboarding, tech issues, expectations, and general support as you grow.
