How It Works With RDY2G
We make it simple: you sign up with RDY2G, register on the Arise® Platform, choose a client program, complete certification, and start earning from home with real support behind you.
The Big Picture
In plain English, here’s how it works:
- Join RDY2G as an independent contractor
You apply to work with RDY2G Solutions as a 1099 contractor and get connected to our call center company inside the Platform. - Choose a client program on the Platform
Inside, you pick the client you want to service (based on schedule, pay structure, and type of work), then complete that client’s certification. - Work from home & get paid through RDY2G
Once certified, you begin taking calls from home on the Platform. Arise pays RDY2G, and RDY2G pays you according to your Statement of Work (SOW).
Step 1 – Apply with RDY2G Solutions
You start by completing our short application so we can:
- Confirm you’re in a non-restricted state
- Make sure you understand this is independent contractor (1099) work
- Share basic requirements (equipment, minimum hours, expectations)
If everything looks good, we’ll send you instructions to register and connect to RDY2G Solutions as your call center company.
Step 2 – Register on the Platform
Next, you’ll:
- Create an account on the Platform
- Select “Work for a call center company” when prompted
- Enter our call center / IBO ID 1225351 so you’re linked to RDY2G Solutions LLC
Once you’re connected to us inside the platform, we can support you through the rest of the process.
Step 3 – Complete RDY2G Onboarding
After you’re linked to RDY2G in the platform, we’ll walk you through:
- Reviewing and signing your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA)
- Reviewing and signing your Statement of Work (SOW), including:
Minimum hours per week
Pay schedule
Any fees or deductions - Completing your direct deposit form so you can be paid
- Reviewing our equipment checklist and policies of use
- Going over what it means to be a 1099 contractor (taxes, self-employment, responsibility)
This is where you get clear on expectations and get your questions answered.
Step 4 – Choose Your Client Program
Inside the Platform you’ll see a list of Available Programs.
For each program you’ll be able to view:
- Type of work (customer service, sales, tech support, chat, etc.)
- Schedule options and minimum time commitments
- Certification/training details and any costs
- Performance expectations and metrics
RDY2G helps you:
- Understand which programs fit your schedule and goals
- Compare options if you’re unsure which one to pick
- Make sure you’re not over-committing
You then enroll into a client certification course through the Platform.
Step 5 – Complete Client Certification
Before you can service a client, you must complete and pass that client’s certification/training.
During this phase you will:
- Attend online training sessions (live or self-paced, depending on the client)
- Learn the client’s systems, scripts, and tools
- Practice handling the types of calls/chats you’ll be taking
- Complete any required tests or assessments
RDY2G is available during this time to help with:
- Tech issues (audio, systems, login problems)
- Study tips and staying on track
- Questions about what to expect once you’re live
Passing certification unlocks your ability to start servicing and earning.
